Senior mechatronic system engineer
You form the core of every DEMCON project together with the project leader. You will be responsible for the technology and will have a large degree of freedom and independence in relation to the details and implementation.
Your day as a mechatronic system engineer will look like this
You oversee and manage the project from the identification of the customer requirement up to and including delivery. You will be responsible for the design of system concepts, but also the realisation of the selected solution and the validation thereof. Your challenge is to realise the substantive connection between system requirements, system concept and system integration.
You understand the language of the client and translate it into solutions together with your colleagues. You ensure that there is appropriate communication with the client. In addition to a substantive role, you also fulfill an important role in coaching and supporting juniors on a professional level and you encourage the sharing of knowledge within your team. To conclude, you ensure there is cohesion within the project team and internal coordination with DEMCON.
What you will contribute
- Relevant technical university degree
- At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in mechatronics
- Coaching skills and you want responsibility
- You feel at home in the DEMCON culture: enterprising, creative, a partner for clients and realisation-focused
- You like to work together with the client
