Project manager medical systems
Our projects are complex both from an organisational and technical perspective. Complexity goes hand-in-hand with added value. Can you switch between abstraction and details and would you like to act as the bridge between the client and your team?
Your day as a project manager will look like this
As the project manager, you will be the pivot between the client and your own development team. You will provide guidance regarding the content, organisational and quality aspects of the projects. You will oversee and manage the whole process from quotation (related principles, concept formation, risks, budgeted hours, and planning) up to and including the realisation of the project at the client. In addition, you will monitor technical progress, the planning and the budget. You can proactively make the switch if there are any bottlenecks. To conclude, you will provide excellent communication with the client, support within the project team and internal communications within DEMCON.
What you will contribute
- You have a technical university degree and have extensive knowledge in your own technical professional area
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Result and solution focus, and a systematic mind-set
- You have empathy and a personality that makes others enthusiastic
- Fluent command of written and spoken Dutch and English
We offer you
You will be joining a growing and innovative company at DEMCON. Since we are so enterprising, we commit fully to complex technical projects. We assume responsibility to deliver added value and to continue until the system is operational in multidisciplinary teams. You will have a challenging and varied job and the opportunity to develop. You can continue with your training to ensure that you can further develop your career. We will positively encourage you to use your own initiative. All of this linked to a salary that is in line with the market and with flexible terms and conditions of employment.
Thanks to enthusiastic and committed colleagues, the lines of communication in our organisation are short and the working environment is open and informal. Your contact with colleagues both on the work floor and outside will be pleasant. We have an active staff association that regularly organises outings, activities and an annual weekend away.
